The well-being of our guest is of the utmost importance.
We have installed a hepa air purifying system
that continuously cleans the air in the facility.

Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that on occasion a situation may arise
resulting in a late arrival. Late arrival will result in a shorten treatment time and charged full service payment.

Cancellation
24-hour cancellation period is required to help us re-schedule your appointment. Cancellations made within a 24 hour period 
or failure to arrive for your appointment will incur full service charge.
 
Service Prices
We reserve the right to modify service pricing at any time.
   
Mobile Phones
Switch to silent mode upon entering the facility.
 
Gift Certificates
Available minimum denomination of $25+. Must be redeemed within six months of date issued.
No extensions, cash refunds or store merchandise credits. Not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Payment
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards. Gratuities are appreciated, unable to include or process on credit cards.

We recommend that you book treatments in advance. Please note a credit card number is required to confirm all appointments.
