Shipping 

  • Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 

Processing Time:

  • Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed the following week.

  • We do not ship on weekends.

  • Orders are shipped (USPS) United States Postal Service

  • Standard shipping is only available within the 48 states.

  • At this time, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.

       

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $7.95

 

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the continental US. Sales tax will be added to your order when you check out.

 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened, unused item for a full refund within five days with original web receipt. To make a return, email us at info@christinaskincare.com within 5 days of your shipment; include your order number and reason for return. We will reply to your message and issue a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 15 business days after this for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
